REFUND POLICY

We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have an exchange policy which you can access from the footer below under Returns and Exchanges. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are initiated after 5 days from delivery or if the items are not in the same condition as you received them in.

Please note that we are unable to accept items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. End-of-season sale items or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned to the same mode as received within 7-15 days. The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.

LaFulia is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. LaFulia does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that the return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above return/exchange requirements at LaFulia’s sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
